Quality control and inspection are strategic functions of Goldentex Manufacturing capacity. State of the art equipment, international standards, accumulated experiences, quality at the source concept, and tight process parameter control help  us maintain an excellent satisfaction rate with our customers. We are qualified by Marks and Spencer and Interwoollabs, which we renew on annual basis. Please visit our Accreditation tab below to view our current credentials. We provide nationwide support for testing for both academic and professional purposes.

Our labs conduct tests in all stages of operation from raw material inspection to final product specifications.
 
•        Raw material inspection includes; Mean Fiber Diameter ( OFDA ),  Fiber Length ( ALMETER ), cv Fiber diameter, cv Fiber length, Neps / Kilogram, Fatty matter content, etc.
•        Dyed tops inspection include; color matching, humidity Regain %, etc.
•        Spinning and preparation stages tests include; Sliver Weight / M, Composition, Count, Direction and number of twists/ meter, Yarn tensile strength, CV tensile strength, Thick and Thin places, Elongation, etc.
•        Fabric inspection is certified for Color Fastness tests such as mounting and visual assessment for test pieces, washing using detergent @ 50 C, and 60 C., Dry cleaning, Prespiration, Acid, and Alkali, Rubbing (Dry and Wet), Preborate, Hot Pressing. Our Labs are also certified for Fabric Physical tests such as Preparation of Wescator FOM 71MP/LAB for Stability Washes, Washing Stability MSA/MSW (i)/(iii), Woven Wool Washable & Tumble Dryable Products, WIRA Steam steam stability, Thermal stability, Tensile strength, Fabric Slippage, Extension Modulus and Residual Extension of Stretch Woven Fabrics, Random Pilling Drum, Martindale Abrasion, Random Tumble Snagging, Weight per square meter (Ambient Conditions).
